email issues

As mentioned in an earlier post, email submitted via the NoteFrog “contact us” interface has been problematic for some time, occasionally received but often rejected by a google-based “We know spam better than you” facility which simply rejects the email altogether. Unfortunately, since the rejection is to a “server” rather than an account, neither you nor we are aware of the rejection.

If you have attempted a contact which has been ignored, that is not our intent (unless, upon personal inspection, we feel it really is spam).
